James Paine grew up in the Palm Beach real estate business. His mother was a loan officer for Harris Bank, specializing in government loans for low income households to purchase their homestead. His father is a local architect who has had a forty year career in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. His grandfather, James Paine Sr., was a founding partner at the local law firm, Paine Jones and Foster. He served as a federal judge in West Palm beach for over 25 years.
James Began his professional career in 2014. Since then, he has brokered multiple transactions in excess of $10,000,000. Has has worked for national firms, boutique brokerages and in house developers. In 2017 he began specializing in commercial real estate, where he excels. In 2024 he started Palm Beach Real Estate Professionals, recruiting quality agents and assisting them in growing their residential business, while providing a high level of service to their clients. He continues to work in commercial real estate, while helping agents in his firm.
James has over his whole life developed relationships with a large pool of prospective buyers for both residential and commercial property.
