I represented the buyer on this transaction alongside Nina Brawner. The property was publicly listed, this deal was not off-market.

The property sold to the buyer for investment purposes. It also had an absolute NNN lease in place with 50 years remaining and a corporate guarantee.

This deal was difficult because the city granted the zoning via special exception, and the zoning and the land had to convey to our client. the fact that we repped this with the zoning cconveyence was a big deal, and it would be noted in the tombstone!

The property sold for $3,550,000 in march of 2025.
